How much would it cost, approximately, to certify a small jet like the Viper Jet which is powered by a J-85 engine? Certified so that it does not have to be flown in the experimental category and built by its owner, but rather the factory itself.
Would cost you a fortune - no numbers to give you -
The J-85 (CJ-610) is also a guzzler -
There must be better engine choices in 2010 -
Unless you are head of an aeronautical company, forget it -
