Nominal operating temperature for Audi 100 (5000) turbo diesel, 2.0, 64kW, 1987?

I CANNOT find information about the normal operating temperature for this vehicle. What is it in degrees Celsius? My temperature gauge shows 97ВєC-102ВєC while driving. Sometimes it drops to 95ВєC, but never lower.
