My boat engine the oil is mixing with river water?

my engine is a isuzu beta marine its raw cooled and still running very well,however the raw water is some how getting into the oil,head gasket is all ok as is the engine pressure,
Check the engine oil cooler. Oil pressure is higher then raw water pressure and as soon as you start it oil bleeds out of the cooler and goes out the exhaust with the water. You probably see little droplets of oil in the water.
