1999 jeep cherokee sport vibrates at certain speeds and sounds like trash while accelerating?

my jeep sounds normal at idle thru 25 mph but once you hit about 30 it starts to vibrate and sounds like a go-cart. it does this during high speeds and made worse thru heavy acceleration, but STOPS once the gas is let off. its not a smooth sounding exhaust.
I had that problem with my 2001 dodge ram...it ended up being the spark plugs...even though it's only been 2 years you might need to replace them again
